These terms govern website use and service contracts. Email communications (e.g., approvals, invoices) are legally binding. We may update these terms, with changes effective upon posting. 1. Website Use

- Fraud Protections: Checks clear in 10 business days. Stop payment: $50 fee + legal action. Payments >$2,500 require ID verification (Florida driver’s license, notarized authorization).
3. Project Approval and Revisions
- Revisions: 3 free revisions within 7 days of delivery; additional revisions at $50/hour. Changes must be in writing.
- Approval: Clients review final artwork (e.g., text, QR codes, images). Approved or client-provided designs printed as-is. No liability for errors post-approval; approval = no refunds/changes.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client-Initiated: 3-day cooling-off period for future services with full refund. Deposits non-refundable. Mid-project cancellations: Pay hours worked ($150/hour) + 30% kill fee.
- Studio-Initiated: Without cause: Full refund + 10% goodwill (capped at $500). With cause (e.g., fraud, delinquency): No refund.
- Force Majeure: Prorated refunds or postponement for natural disasters or infrastructure failures.

5. Delivery and Ownership
- Delivery: Digital delivery (Google Drive, email) deemed “received” upon sending. Files deleted after 90 days; backups at $50/year.
- Ownership: Transfers after full payment. Chargebacks forfeit usage rights; clients must cease use.
6. Design Services
- Custom Designs: Client selects one design; unselected designs remain Studio property.
- Delivery: Files via Google Drive, email, or USB. 3-day review period; no refunds post-approval.
7. Online Services

- No guaranteed rankings due to algorithm variability.
7.2. Hosting
